Taxes: All fees are subject to two Hawaii taxes (General Excise Tax of 4.166% and Transient Accommodations Tax of 7.25%)

Occupancy: Two persons (each extra person $30.00 per night)

Payment Methods: By Cashier's Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or PayPal.

Deposit: Receipt of a 50% deposit will confirm the reservation. Remaining balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation with 14 or more days notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a $50 cancellation fee. With less than 14 days notice, refunds will be based on the ability to re-book the accommodation minus a $50 cancellation fee.
